  • When should I book my move?

We recommend contacting us via phone or email approximately 2-3 weeks before your intended moving date. While our availability may vary depending on the season or specific days, we always strive to accommodate your needs and find a suitable solution.
  • How much will my move cost?

The cost of your move is determined by several factors. Our management team would be pleased to provide you with detailed information. Alternatively, you can obtain an estimated quote through our website. Additionally, our hourly rates are available on our site for your reference.
  • How and when do I pay the movers?

Payment procedures vary based on the type of move. A deposit is required to confirm your booking: $100 for local moves and $300 for long-distance moves. For local moves, the remaining balance is due upon completion. Long-distance moves require 50% payment on moving day and the remainder upon completion. The initial deposit is applied to your final payment. Please note that only our managers can provide exact quotes. We advise caution if other companies request deposits exceeding 15% of the estimated cost.
  • Is your company licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed. Transparency is a core value of our company. Our licensing information is as follows: US DOT 3843854, ICC MC 1399070, MA DPU 32059.
  • I'm concerned that your movers might leave boxes in the wrong room, is there anything I can do to prevent that?

We understand your concern and have a simple solution. After packing, we recommend labeling all sides of your boxes, including the top, with their intended room locations. This practice greatly assists our movers in placing your belongings in the correct areas of your new home.
  • What do I do with my children on a moving day?

For the most efficient moving process, we suggest arranging childcare for your children on moving day. This allows you to focus on overseeing the move without distractions. We have a helpful article on our website that provides tips for moving with children.
  • What do I do with my animals?

We recommend finding a safe, comfortable place for your pets during the move. The moving process can be stressful for animals and may pose safety risks. Please note that we are unable to transport pets. Consider arranging pet care services to ensure your furry friends receive proper attention during this busy time.
  • What do I need to do to prepare my appliances for the move?

Our moving guidelines, available on our website, provide information on appliance preparation. However, our team is not licensed to handle electrical or gas appliances. We advise emptying appliances before the move and consulting a local technician for proper preparation if you're unsure about the process.
  • Do you have step-by-step instructions?

Yes, we provide comprehensive moving guidelines on our website. These include a two-week preparation plan and a moving day checklist. We encourage you to review these resources to help streamline your moving experience and alleviate potential stress.
  • Are there any items that you cannot move?

Our company is not authorized to transport potentially hazardous items that may ignite or explode. If you have any items that you believe might pose a safety risk, please inform our management team in advance. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe moving environment for all involved.
